Villa Bella

Villa Bella is British (Yorkshire!!) owned and is located in the lovely quiet community 'SANTA CRUZ' with our own private pool which can be heated if required and faces South East - excellent for sunbathing. There are open lawns to the rear which are ideal if you have children because there's lots of 'playtime space' to kick a ball around and just have lots of fun. Look a little further into the distance and you will see the beautiful Omni Hotel of the renowned Championsgate golf & country club.

Villa Bella is just a couple of minutes from Hwy 192 which in turn leads you to Disney in under 10 minutes!!!

Villa Bella has been completely refurbished with new furniture,carpets and fittings to all rooms (check out the photo's in the gallery) There is a large flat screen TV/DVD and highspeed wireless internet. Your booking would also include free national telephone calls to USA & Canada.

The villa comes complete with large washing machine & tumble dryer, Range style cooker with brand new over range microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, iron & ironing board, all crockery, cutlery, cookware pots & pans, towels & linens, hair dryer, coffe maker, kettle - in fact just about everything you could need for the all American dream vacation!!

Just a 60 second drive away is Walgreens which is a minimart/pharmacy and open till late for all essentials. There are some eating places at this intersection which include Domino pizza, Beef o'grady, chinese takeaway a liquor store, Subway and a variety of other shops.

A further mile south will bring you to Crackerbarrel and here you can sample the delightful & traditional deep southern foods such as chicken & dumplings etc.

The huge 24/7 Walmart supercentre and publix are about 8-10 minutes drive away in either direction (north or south on hwy 27) as are many, many restaurants and bars.

Although Villa Bella is in a safe & secure residential community 'Santa Cruz'is not a 'gated community' and so we have had a fully wired alarm system installed which is monitered 24/7 and linked to the local Sherriff's office for your security and peace of mind.
